This policy sets out how atlaspip ("we") gathers, handles and secures personal information when you use and platform. We act as data controller for these data.
What we collect. Names, emails, nationalities and comparable identifiers plus KYC documents demanded by regulators. Additionally stored: trade and settlement records, device data and support chats. For EU/UK users: contract performance, complying with law, plus legitimate interest.
Purpose of use. Managing your account, settling trades, satisfying regulators, fraud prevention, and platform security, and opt-in product messages carrying one-click opt-out.
Sharing. Sharing is limited to running vendors (custody, payments, KYC), regulators upon lawful request, and anonymised analytics. Personal data is never sold.
Retention and security. Retention lasts through account activity plus statutory periods (typically five-seven years for transaction records). Security: AES-256 at rest plus TLS 1.3 in transit, and ISO 27001-checked access controls.
Rights. Viewing, correction, export, deletion and objection requests can be made through [email protected]. Responses follow statutory deadlines.
