This agreement ( "Terms" ) cover your access to the atlaspip site, mobile apps, trading the "Services") operated by atlaspip. Registering with us constitutes acceptance these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility. You must be of legal age and legally competent to form binding contracts. Where the Services is unlicensed or unavailable, residents may not join. Account data accuracy and 2FA confidentiality are your duty.
2. The Services. atlaspip operates an electronic trading platform for the assets listed on this platform. No part of this is investment recommendation; every trading choice remains yours. Market data displayed serves information only and can lag or err at times.
3. Risks. Trading carries serious downside and is for those able to absorb it. Leverage can push losses beyond the collateral posted. Risk only capital which losing entirely you could withstand.
4. Fees. Fees, spreads and funding rates sit on our Fees page and form part of these Terms. Fees may change once fairly notified.
5. Conduct rules. Market manipulation, exploiting flaws, IP infringement and illegal use are banned outright. Laundering and sanctions evasion are covered by the same bar.
6. Liability limits. To the maximum the widest degree, atlaspip is not liable for indirect, incidental and consequential losses tied to the Services.
7. Amendments. These Terms might change periodically. Post-change use after updates means consent. The applicable law is the registered jurisdiction where our operator is registered.
